- recover, recycle, r&r a/c compressor, evacuate and charge system

- Diagnose Customer concern – Vibration while stopped while in gear – was told the vehicle needs motor/Trans mounts- vehicle has 2 out of 4 broken mounts, other mounts are stressed recommend replacing all 4 mounts
- r&r all engine and transmission mounts and test drive

- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform visual inspection.

- Remove and reinstall four wheels and rear brake drums to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Lining remaining is: Front ( 60 %) Rear ( 50 %) front brake rotors are pitted and causing noise

- Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check caster and camber angles and adjust as required. Check and set toe-in as required. Center steering wheel.

- top off coolant system and pressure test system found auxillary water pump leaking. need to replace and recheck
- engine oil leak is covering power steering system need to repair oil leak and then recheck p/s system- valve cover gaskets are leaking badly, vacuum pump is leaking oil-
- Diagnose Customer concern – passenger side front door lock does not engage when you try to lock the car. vehicle alarm does still activate but it will not chirp when key fob is pressed because door does not lock – alarm will go off when the door is opened. did not get time to diagnose vehicle will bring it back
- r&r valve cover gaskets, r&r fuel pressure sensor. connector came apart, install new air filer, clean off excess oil, test drive and recheck
- r&r vacuum pump, install new belts, clean off excess oil and recheck. power steering pump pulley is bent and wobbles while spinning.
- r&r secondary water pump, bracket is corroded and rusted solid, bracket bolts would not come out. heat and clean bolts and bracket to remove pump, install new secodary water pump add antifreeze and recheck for leak, test drive and verify proper operation
2012 Honda Pilot
- inspect for customer concern- test drive vehicle could not hear squeal or loud noise when braking- perform abs stop and check brakes. vehicle has vibration on acceleration cv axles worn. brake pads and rotors check ok, brake pedal a little low. recommend flushing brake system and replacing cv axles
